Pucker Up

This sour, lemony tartlet has all the aromas of lemons and blueberries with layers of baked cake, vanilla, and buttermilk woven throughout it. It's reminiscent of summer desserts and my all time favorite breakfast pancakes; lemon ricotta 🤌

Middle: Buttermilk, Sugar

Bottom: Vanilla, Tonka Bean
